Bias cut black and white jumper. The ribbon straps are snap adjustable. Snap details on the hips hide one pocket, and the other just a chance to show whats underneath. Feel free to add a little peek by opening the snap. Or not. Small bit of elastic at the back to add some adjustability through the chest.
